1General Terms & Applicability

• Each person is allowed one account only. Operating multiple accounts may result in all accounts and balances being permanently forfeited.

3Payment & Transaction Policy

• Deposits: minimum ৳200, maximum ৳50,000 (varies by method).
• The number used for deposits and the number used for withdrawals must be the same.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Requests made after 11 PM may be processed the following morning.
• KYC verification may be required before processing large withdrawals.
• Tk00 does not charge any payment fees; however, the mobile financial service's own transfer charges may apply.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, tk00 may put the payment on hold until the investigation is complete.

4Bonus & Promotion Rules

All bonus offers at tk00 are subject to the general terms below. Specific terms for each bonus are listed separately on the bonus page.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They become withdrawable only after the required wager has been completed.
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person, per device, or per household.
• Winnings from bonus funds are transferred to the main balance only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Tk00 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion, though this does not apply to bonuses already in progress.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, tk00 may investigate the account in question.

5Betting Rules

Before placing a bet at tk00, it's important to understand the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except where a cash-out option is available.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, tk00 may void the affected bets.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake is refunded.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, that selection is removed and the remaining legs are settled as normal.
• Any bet suspected of involving match fixing or the use of insider information will result in that bet and the associated account being cancelled.
• In live betting, if the outcome has already been determined due to network delay, that bet will be considered void.

6Code of Conduct & Member Responsibilities

All tk00 members are required to abide by the following code of conduct:

• Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity of any kind is strictly prohibited on the platform.
• Disrespectful behavior toward the support team or other members is strictly prohibited.
• Using your account for money laundering is strictly prohibited and will be referred to the appropriate legal authorities.
• Attempting to find or exploit any security vulnerabilities on the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence is strictly prohibited.

7Personal Information & Privacy

8Account Termination & Changes to Terms

Tk00 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent betting.
• Suspected financial fraud or money laundering.

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains with no proven breach of terms, that balance will be refunded.

• Daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits can be set at any time.
